As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Ironman® Certified Coach, and triathlete, I bring deep expertise in fitness and performance. What sets my approach apart is my specialised training in women's hormonal health, including completion of Dr. Stacy Sims' 'Menopause for Athletes' course.
My nutritional training is integrated into both my personal training, triathlon and female specific coaching certifications, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how food affects our hormones, energy, and body composition at different life stages.
