My additional training in women's health, including Dr. Stacy Sims' 'Menopause for Athletes' course, ensures you receive guidance that's truly tailored to your body's needs. I am also an affiliate of the British Menopause Society.

As someone who likes to walk the walk as well as talk the talk, I am constantly setting myself new personal challenges.
In October 2023 I completed a personal challenge to swim 1k and run 4k, 8 times, for 8 hours, completing 8k of swimming and 32k of running. This was dedicated to my brother, Peter, who sadly lost his battle with prostate cancer the previous month. See a short video of this below.
