As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, IRONMAN® Certified Coach, and specialist in Cold Water Therapy, I bring together science-based strategies with compassionate support. My additional training in women's health, including Dr. Stacy Sims' 'Menopause for Athletes' course, ensures you receive guidance that's truly tailored to your body's needs. I am also an affiliate of the British Menopause Society.
