I am a triathlete, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor, IRONMAN® Certified Coach and have a Practitioners Diploma in Cold Water Therapy. I have also completed Dr Stacy Sims' 'Menopause for Athletes' course and have a particular interest in developing women to work with, not against, their unique physiology.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and regularly write blogs, host video interviews and appear on podcasts with advice to empower women whatever their hormonal stage. I regularly deliver talks to organisations including Thames Valley Police to help them to empower their staff to train with their fluctuating hormones in order to reach their potential. I am also involved with shaping the National Education and Support Menopause Programme created by University College London (UCL), which will give women reaching menopausal age a better understanding of changes happening in their bodies, as well as peer support from others going through a similar experience. As someone who likes to walk the walk as well as talk the talk, I am constantly setting myself new personal challenges. In October 2023 I completed a personal challenge to swim 1k and run 4k, 8 times, for 8 hours, completing 8k of swimming and 32k of running. This was dedicated to my brother, Peter, who sadly lost his battle with prostate cancer the previous month. See a short video of this below.
