We discuss topics such as resilience, challenge, tenacity , motivation and communications. These talks give an insight into the tools and techniques they use, which we can transfer into our every day lives to increase our resilience.

I enjoyed Denise's 'Exercise Adaptations during Peri and Menopause' webinar SO much! I realise now how little I knew about what is going on during these hormonal changes and how I was actually doing more harm than good with the type of training I was doing. I totally had my mind blown, and it was even more reassuring to know that I could actually work smarter, in more manageable chunks, to get even better results. Thank you Denise!
Babs, webinar attendee I attended the recent 'Tools and Techniques for Radical Self Care' webinar with Denise Yeats and Cath Kane, and found the content really engaging. After a year in lockdown, some of us are familiar with what we should be doing for our self care, but Cath pulled these techniques together in her own way and gave me food for thought. Drawing on their own resilience, motivators and extensive business experience, Denise and Cath made the whole session very relatable and interactive. I immediately used the breathing and centering practices to get me through an exam which I passed with merit! I am looking forward to more of these events. Dawn, webinar attendee |
