With Denise’s help I discovered how to find empowerment in my fear, how to tap into my inner potential, how to celebrate every step along the way, how to see victory in every stroke on the bike. I found resilience, and the most important of all, I found the joy that I was seeking, the confidence to simply try, the desire to try many times and get it wrong many times until one day I get it right. Denise focused a lot of time at the beginning to make sure I went deep into my motivation, to understand how my mind operates, what to do when I have doubts, how to keep me on track.
Alongside developing my mental strength, Denise has provided me with a very holistic approach to training, full of creativity and variety to keep it interesting whilst developing all the necessary elements. From nutrition, to age related (peri menopausal) issues, stretching, TRX, yoga, mobility, HRV, there is always something new to explore and learn whilst keeping the main theme consistent.
I was thrilled to have ridden 50km in 2017. I have now signed up to Mallorca 225, and I know I wouldn’t be here without Denise.

I approached Denise for weekly strength and conditioning/TRX sessions via Zoom. These were arranged promptly and efficiently. Denise identified my weaker muscle groups and tailored sessions to strengthen these whilst completely avoiding any risk of injury.
