Small Online HIIT Class (Friday 1pm - 1.45pm)

This is a small group session delivered online, where we will work on strength, mobility and cardio. Using a combination of bodyweight or home weights (adapted to whatever you have) I will take you through a warmup and mobilisation routine followed by a 30min HIIT session followed by a cool down and stretch.
