Small Online Strength Technique Class (Weds 6 - 6.45pm)

This is a small group session delivered online, where we will work on strength and technique geared towards you then having the confidence to increase the weights in future classes, or in a gym situation with more challenging weights. I will take you through a warmup and mobilisation routine followed by some movements such as deadlifts, squats and bench presses. The focus here will be on the form and getting the specifics of the movement correct so they can be practised with light weights to get the movement patterns right. We will then cool down and stretch.
